Welcome to our new website.

If Unshin is new to you, here’s a little bit of info about us.

We are a Japanese band fronted by Megumi Miyoshi, a singer/songwriter from Sendai, Japan.

With our eclectic mix of nationalities making up the band our writing style is unique taking influences from around the world with focus on Japanese Pop/Rock.

We have just released our debut “Waltz for Broken Dolls” which is a concept album telling the story of a young girl growing up under the strict pressures of Japanese society, but manages to stay on her own path.

The CD is available on the website or you can download it digitally from iTunes and Amazon.

We have collaborated with a Japanese animator Mai Yoshida who has created short animations for each track, these are projected above the band during our live performance.
